WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I SUBMIT MY ORDER? Our staff will package and ship your order. Orders typically take 1-2 hours to process and ship. All orders are sent out USPS. You will receive a second email (within 24hrs) with a link to track your package. The postal service updates tracking information every night @ 12:00am.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES? Do to the nature of this product we DO NOT ship outside the USA. There are no Refunds for shipping. Rates:
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? Orders are shipped same day if placed before 11:00am EST. Late Friday orders are packed same day but not actually picked up from our location till the following Monday. Rush delivery takes 2-3 days. Standard takes 3-10 days depending on your distance from us. We are located in Florida. Express shipping take 1 day, but can be up to 2 days.
We drop ship for many affiliate website. Every affiliate site does have a different return policy. Please refer to the website you placed your original order on for specific instructions on this policy.

HOW DO I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE? Our facility runs 24HRS a day M-F packing and shipping to insure quick delivery. However customer service department is available to answer questions on the phone from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. EST, Monday - Friday (813) 849-2290 . You can also email us at the email address on your order reciept. Please note: E-mails are typically reviewed within 24 hours of submission.
